9.4.1.8 (pre-release) IMAP FetchAttachment fix

Added Imap.SendRawCommandB method.  It is the same as SendRawCommand but returns bytes instead of a string.

Also fixed Imap.FetchAttachment so that it adheres to the PeekMode property.
