osErrorInfo: Access is denied.

If you find the error “osErrorInfo: Access is denied.” in LastErrorText, it means that the file could not be opened because of file permissions problems. The “Access is denied” message originates from the Windows operating system. Check the file and directory permissions to make sure the calling process has permission to open the file for read and/or write access. Check to also make sure the calling process has permission to list files in the directory and/or create new files in the directory.
